1. Introduction

Welcome to VisionMetrics Hub. These terms govern your use of our training events, digital materials, and physical goods.

2. Services

Our training events ("Services") are delivered at scheduled times. You may request a change in date at least 48 hours prior without extra fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, a partial credit may be offered. Cancellations less than 24 hours cannot be accepted. In some instances, no credits apply due to resource allocation.

3. Digital Materials

Our digital products ("Digital Materials") include on-demand courses and guides. Once accessed, refunds are not available due to the immediate nature of the content. We recommend reviewing previews before purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Our branded merchandise ("Goods") may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee of a fixed amount may apply. Refer to our contact form to initiate a return.

5. Refund Policy

Services: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, you may transfer your payment to a future event or request a refund processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for refunds but may receive a credit note valid for 6 months.

Digital Materials: Due to immediate access, we do not offer refunds. This policy ensures quality control and resource allocation.

Goods: Returns accepted within 14 days. Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days, minus any restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.
